By requesting a quote, booking a service, or opting in to text messages, you agree to the terms below.

Our services

Seen and Clean provides pressure washing, soft washing, paver sealing and restoration, and related exterior cleaning services to homeowners in Manatee County, FL. Estimates are free and non-binding until you approve a quote.

Scheduling and cancellations

We'll do our best to arrive within the window we give you. Florida weather sometimes forces us to reschedule — if that happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible to find a new time. You can reschedule or cancel by calling or texting (941) 356-9463.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the results, let us know and we'll make it right.

Text messaging (SMS) program

By providing your phone number and confirming verbally when we call or text you, you consent to receive text messages from Seen and Clean related to your quote request, appointment confirmations, technician arrival notifications, and service reminders.

Message frequency varies, typically 1–3 messages per service request.

Liability

Seen and Clean is licensed and insured. We take reasonable care to protect your property during service, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear revealed by cleaning.
