When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, city, the service you're interested in, and any details or photos you choose to share. If you call, text or email us, we keep that correspondence.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare your quote, schedule and perform your service, and follow up about the work. That's it.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number — with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Text messaging (SMS) program
If you provide your phone number and confirm you'd like text updates, we'll send you texts related to your quote request, appointment confirmations, technician arrival notifications, and service reminders.
- Message frequency varies, typically 1–3 messages per service request.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Your mobile number is never shared or sold to third parties for marketing.

Forms and hosting
Our website is hosted on Netlify, and quote form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not run advertising trackers. Basic hosting logs (like page requests) may be collected by our hosting provider to operate the service.
