Do I need to be home during the service?
No — as long as we can reach the work areas and an outdoor spigot, you don't need to be home. Many customers book, leave for work, and come home to the after photos.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Seen and Clean is a registered Florida LLC and fully insured. We're happy to provide proof of insurance with your quote.
How do quotes work?
Free, fast and no-pressure. Call or text (941) 356-9463 with a photo of the area, or use the quote form — most quotes go out the same day. New customers get 10% off.
What areas do you serve?
All of Manatee County: Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Palmetto, Ellenton and Anna Maria Island, plus surrounding communities.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, card and common payment apps — whatever is easiest for you, due on completion once you've approved the work.
Do you offer any other services?
Yes — exterior window cleaning, junk removal, Christmas light installation and hurricane shutters (accordion, panel and roll-down). Ask when you call.
